Why do Renewing Management communities experience amazing resident retention? What makes us different? Simply stated: we treat others the way we would want to be treated. This includes kind interactions with our office staff and a maintenance team that completes emergency work orders in 24 hours. We also provide activities for our residents to build relationships with their neighbors.
Our portfolio includes a wide variety of properties, some with interesting historical background.
Estuary Indy is a beautiful, historic church building, built in 1911 on the Old Northside of Indianapolis. The property, with its Arts & Crafts architecture, original stained glass windows and lovely garden, is still being refurbished.
Formerly the site of the Alexian Brothers Novitiate in Gresham, Wisconsin, our 180-acres sit directly on the Freeborn Falls of the Red River. Renewing Management is reimagining the entire Novitiate property, including the 35-room 1939 Georgian-style limestone mansion that has been vacant since 1975.
